FREE shipping in Italy for orders over €99. For smaller orders the shipping cost has an additional fixed cost of €5.00

NB During promotions and/or sales, shipping costs may change .

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with COVI Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests it to be returned to the sender , any shipping costs charged to COVI Srl will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Orders are shipped by COVI Srl , from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

We would like to remind our new customers that COVI Srl can ask Paypal to verify the transaction , even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. COVI Srl reserves the right to ask new customers to ship the goods to their billing address.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

COVI Srl shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

Refund Policy

For items over €99.00, RETURN and SIZE EXCHANGE in Italy are FREE.
- For the first size exchange, return and redelivery shipping costs are free for items over €99.00.
- From the second exchange size, the return and redelivery shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the items purchased, unworn and undamaged items can be returned for size/color change or returned with a monetary refund.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, COVI SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by COVI SRL staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return or exchange procedure. COVI SRL reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. RETURN PROCEDURE

The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, COVI SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

In the event that there is an error in choosing the size on www.euforie.com, it is possible to exchange, within 14 days of receiving the goods, ONLY for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment with a different item . There is only one exchange of goods per single order.
The payment methods for shipping costs (return and redelivery) will be agreed based on the customer's needs, with our assistance service at info@euforie.com or on the Whatsapp number 3482936110 , specifying the code of the item you intend to change. Once the CHANGE request has been received, the COVI SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to COVI SRL , the Customer is required to respect specific conditions:
1. All items on sale on the website www.euforie.com are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag.
2. The return will only be accepted with intact tags. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
3. The items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.
4. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
5. All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
6. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Express Courier no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.
7. The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure to info@euforie.com
8. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, COVI SRL reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items with missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

NB The expenses and costs of returning the product (e.g. cash on delivery, return of goods, etc.) are in any case borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGE (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to COVI Srl , the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
1) - All items for sale on the www.euforie.com website are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the garment. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag.

The return will be accepted only with the tags intact. Returns with the tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

3) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.

4) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

5) - The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to the Express Courier no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.

6) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article must forward the return procedure to info@euforie.com

7) - Returns of underwear, swimsuits, glasses and perfumes will not be accepted.

In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, COVI Srl reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@euforie.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the euforie.com customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

Shipping is at the risk and peril of the Customer: COVI Srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.

All returned items will be inspected by COVI Srl staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. COVI Srl reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The due refund will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid for by Paypal) or bank transfer.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility - granted to the consumer for contracts concluded away from commercial premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts

(via the internet, by telephone, etc.) - to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual relationship with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

– For goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer,

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (as evidenced by the postmark) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

Reimbursement of the price paid (including shipping costs) must take place free of charge (*unless specific to the customer), in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the withdrawal exercise by the of the consumer.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, can return the same products or waive the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in prepayment location.

Mode of exercise:

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via email to info@euforie.com, containing all the necessary and useful information correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

to. the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;

b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order with respect to which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;

c. the description and codes of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

The re-credit, including shipping costs (*unless specific to the customer), will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the aforementioned email communication.

SPECIFICATIONS RESERVED TO THE CUSTOMER BY COVI SRL

From an expense exceeding € 99, the return and size exchange are free.

It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment for a different article.

The cash on delivery costs in case of return or size exchange are in any case charged to the customer.

Years later we added an offer that gave birth to another store adjacent to SkipperSport, since 1987 we have in fact decided to offer the best of fashion related to sportswear and streetwear , selecting brands and products for a fashion-conscious public to comfort without ever losing sight of style.
